February 13th – In-Person Parent and Exhibitor Meeting 6pm - Fair Kitchen. (Must attend the 13th OR 19th)

February 15th – Earliest birth date for rabbits.

February 19th - In-Person Parent and Exhibitor Meeting 6pm - Fair Kitchen. (Must attend the 13th OR 19th)

March 16th – Pre-Weigh In for Cattle 10am-Noon - Fairgrounds. (Tagging fee is embedded within the registration form and must be completed online prior to weigh-in.)

March 29th – Proof of Quality Assurance class taken due by 5pm to pnwjlauction@gmail.com. (This class will be online only).

April 1st - PNWJLA Scholarship Applications due. (For Seniors - See PNWJLA Website for details)

April 15th - May 15th - Turkey born, purchase & possession dates. (See your 4-H or FFA leader if PT testing is necessary).

May 17th - Pre-Weigh in for Hog/Goat/Lamb 8am-10am Fairgrounds. (Tagging fee is embedded within the registration form and must be completed online prior to weigh-in)

May 20th - Rabbit possession date.

June 15th – June 30th - Chicken born, purchase & possession dates.

June 21st - Summer Classic - Clallam County Fairgrounds

July 1st - All county fair animal entries due to Fairgrounds. (See Fair Premium Book) (Fair Entry forms and Auction Entry forms are separate!)

July 1st - Poultry and Rabbit auction registration forms are due to PNWJLA.

July 15th - Deadline for video’s to be featured in this year's PNWJLA PROMO Video! Please send video clips to Jaymie (360)-461-9681.

July 30th – PT testing at noon will be held at the fairgrounds. (Please contact your 4-H or FFA leader for more information).

August 12th - (Tues) Fair weigh-In all species (7pm for steers, rabbits, turkeys, and chickens. 7:30pm for lambs and goats. 8pm for swine). Exhibitors MUST be present at all weigh-ins. Exhibitors MUST have completed stall cards, W-9s, market animal health records, original brand certificate and (if applicable) out-of-state animal documentation. Exhibitors will not be admitted without these items.

August 13th - (Wed) Picture Day in the hog arena. 9am starting with Hogs. Please DO NOT feed hogs that morning!

August 13th - (Wed) Exhibitor Meeting 3pm in the hog arena.

August 16th - (Sat) Auction Day - Auction starts at 12:00pm.
